  • The parties agree to engage in a 1-Month One-on-one Coaching Program that includes four (4) 50-minute coaching sessions done through Zoom and to be used over a span of 5 weeks counted from the date of the first session.

  • The Client understands that once the 4 coaching sessions have been received, there are no refunds.

  • Refunds requested in writing prior to the beginning of the Coaching program will be given in full, less a $50 administrative fee.

  • The client agrees that it is the Client's responsibility to notify the Coach 72 hours prior to the scheduled session if the Client needs to reschedule. Each client receives two free reschedulings if the session is rescheduled prior to the 72-hour window before the call.
