  • The parties agree to engage in a Launch Coaching Intensive that includes 
    • Three (3) 50-minute coaching sessions done through Zoom and have to be used over a span of 5 weeks, counted from the date of the first session
    • 2 weeks of WhatsApp support during the peak of the launch, during office hours. Dates to be selected and agreed upon by both parties.

  • The Client understands that once the 3 calls have been received, there are no refunds.

  • Refunds requested in writing prior to the beginning of the Coaching program will be given in full, less a $50 administrative fee.

  • The client agrees that it is the Client's responsibility to notify the Coach 72 hours prior to the scheduled session if the Client needs to reschedule. Each client receives two free reschedulings if the session is rescheduled prior to the 72-hour window before the call.
