What’s the total time investment per week?+
As a minimum, you'll want to invest 2 hrs per week: 90-minutes for the weekly live calls, and about 30 minutes a week to journal what you want to work on and do some extra rewiring exercises.
I’ve never done tapping or hypnosis. Will it work?+
Yes, I walk you through every exercise out loud, so you can just follow along. There is also a short “Before You Tap” section that explains what EFT/tapping is and why it works on the nervous system and subconscious. You also don't need to believe in it for it to work. The body and mind shift regardless.
How do I access it?+
Once you process your purchase, you will be directed to a training portal with all the pre-recorded lessons. You'll also receive an email with the link to the training portal, so you can access it anytime. And you'll be sent the Zoom links to join the weekly calls via email, week by week. All the calls will be recorded, so you can access the replays anytime.
Is there a refund?+
If you attend and apply the first 3 rewiring calls and you don't experience any shifts at all, you can request a full refund before the 4th call. You just have to attend and apply the calls, or demonstrate that you've used the replay to do the tapping and hypnosis exercises, not just "watched" it.
